Electric trailer brake controller?

I bought a used electric trailer brake controller and it has 4 wires coming out of the back of it. I don’t know which wires go where? There is a black wire, red wire, blue wire & a white wire. Can anyone tell me how to hook this brake controller up? Thank you very much. Bob
